1 Kings 19: 7-9
The angel of the LORD came back a second time and touched him and said, "Get up and eat, for the journey is too much for you." So he got up and ate and drank. Strengthened by the food, he traveled forty days and forty nights until he reached Horeb, the mountain of GOD. There he went into a cave and spent the night.

Faith calls when we walk softly through the valleys of life. “Climb higher my friend”, to the top of the mountain I go. Where there is no path and each and every stone is jagged and sharp. I made my way, one step at a time. There were many times when I fell from no strength, but would regain my footing and presume the climb every upward till I reached the top. Overlooking the vastness of all that stood before me, I kneeled down in awe and GOD sat next to me and said, “You were never alone, we have overcome”. It seemed only a moment in time before I was down in the valley on the path again. Knowing this I will never walk alone again.
